How Have You Experienced Or Witnessed Either Prejudice And/Or Discrimination?
How Have You Experienced Or Witnessed Either Prejudice And/Or Discrimination?I think it is fair to say that a lot of people have not experienced or witnessed either prejudice and/or discrimination of any kind. There are people who are very sensitive about being called racist, and there are people who just don't care and have never experienced it. But for the most part, we are all on equal footing and face the same challenges of the world in our lives. Some of us go about our days with a feeling of despair when we are unable to find a decent job. This can be because there just aren't enough available jobs out there. But there are others who have been blessed with the good fortune of finding a very good job, and they feel pretty lucky, but that is not the case. You see, it takes a special kind of person to be able to manage the ups and downs of a successful business as well as deal with racism.Start off by doing some research. Read as much as you can and be sure to take in as much as yo u can on the subject. What do you know about the subject? How can you become a mediator? What are your skills that you can use to get the better of these people?Maybe you can give some tips on how to deal with the problems that arise from both prejudice and discrimination. You may be able to teach them a thing or two.To help yourself understand how you got into the situation you are in now, you need to keep in mind that prejudice has to do with the type of beliefs that people hold. They hold prejudice based on social status, and they hold prejudice based on a variety of other reasons. It can be due to religion, race, political leanings, religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation, and on. All of these contribute to people's prejudiced views and behaviors. You also need to remember that prejudice and discrimination are not about one being worse than another. This type of thinking is based on the idea that one should be below the other one. Thus, there is no justification for the terms tha t people use. This is not based on how someone is physically superior to another. Now if you want to take the information you have learned about the things that you can experience in life and deal with, then you need to keep these four factors in mind. First, you need to find a way to take it one step at a time. It is not necessarily a fast and easy way to change everything. But it will get you to where you need to be.Secondly, you need to be able to realize that prejudice and discrimination are not exactly right or wrong. There is no absolute right or wrong. You just need to understand that you need to accept that you need to do something about what you are facing now.
